Ask for your data to be erased.

This form is the channel for asking that data you submitted through this site be erased. No public Secretariat email address has been designated, so this is the route — not any address you may find elsewhere.

What may be held

• Join form — intent, organisation, name, role, email, note, language, IP address, and browser user agent.
• Initial readiness check — assessment answers, the indicated percentage, your email if you gave one, language, IP address, and user agent.
• Pageviews — path, referrer host and time only. No IP, no cookie, no identifier. They cannot be linked to you, so they are not among what an erasure request can remove.

What happens after you send this

Your request is recorded, not executed automatically. That is deliberate: erasing data on the strength of an email address anyone could type would let someone else remove your record. The Secretariat reviews the request, matches it against records held under that address, and records the outcome with its timestamp.

The request itself stores only your email, an optional note, and language. It stores no IP address and no user agent — a request to be forgotten must not itself collect more than is needed to find the records in question.

Your request is recorded. The Secretariat will review it and record the outcome. Because no public Secretariat email address has been designated, no automatic reply is sent to your inbox.
