What this is. Registration for the Green Blue Nexus launch and GBN Dialogue #1.
Who the data controller is. While this portal is still under development, the data controller is Apit Pria Nugraha personally, as the person responsible for building gbnexus.id. Control will pass to The Habibie Center — GBN's founding convener and establishment-phase Secretariat — when the portal is declared ready to operate. That transfer will be announced on this page with its date, and the version of this text will be raised. Until then, all your rights are exercised through the channel below.
What we collect. Your organisation, name, role, email, invitation category and attendance track. Optionally: a self-declared gender entry, and an accessibility request if you need one on the day.
Why. To manage attendance and room capacity, to prepare accessibility arrangements, and to report attendance composition in aggregate.
What we do not collect. Ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, and disability status. Accessibility needs are recorded as a service request, not as an attribute of you.
The gender entry is self-declared and optional. We never infer it from a name, a title, or a photograph. Leaving it blank is a valid answer and does not affect your registration. It is used only for aggregate figures, always published with their denominator.
Who sees it. The organising Secretariat. Registration data does not move into the SETAP capture instruments without separate notice to you and a stated processing basis.
How long we keep it. Accessibility requests are deleted once the implementation report is published. The gender entry is deleted once the GEDSI report is published; the aggregate figure remains and cannot be linked back to you. Other registration data is deleted at the same point, once the implementation report is published. This consent record is kept longer — six years — because without it we cannot show on what basis we processed your data.
Changing your mind. You can ask for your data to be erased at any time through Data erasure request. Requests are recorded and reviewed by the Secretariat, and the outcome is recorded with its timestamp. No public Secretariat email address has been designated, so that channel is the route.
Limits. Registering does not constitute partnership, government endorsement, or membership of GBN. GBN is an institution-neutral collaborative platform — not an implementing agency and not a substitute for any institution's mandate.
